Through short video lessons, increase your confidence through understanding! Each mini-video includes foundational, energetic, refinement, and modification cues about common poses in posture practice.

Designed to give you a little dose of yoga each day over the course of a month, this course is divided into 3 sections: 10 seated poses, 10 standing poses, and 10 reclined poses. Of course, for those of you who prefer to "binge-watch" a whole show all at once, it could be more along the lines of: Learn 31 poses in a day!

This photo was taken last week during our garden yoga class (thanks, Hana!). Winnie wants you to know that there is always a cool place to chill at Spring Creek Garden Center!

Come on out this Wednesday for garden yoga from 5:30 to 6:25 pm. This all-levels class is just $10 for drop ins, or you can use a pass from your Hand Craft Yoga class pack.

Turn it into a very happy hour if you'd like: wine/beer are available to purchase for 30 minutes after class. We might be outside on the lawn or inside the Gathering Haus...can you join us on Wednesday for yoga at Spring Creek Garden Center?
